Here I have used Elementary Elegance, one of the fabulous free stamp sets only available through the sale-a-bration period which ends March 31st.
The Curly Label Punch coordinates with this set. I punched out the "Happy Birthday" and attached it with a demensional. Then cut out the miniature butterfly and gave it a wee pearl.
