All Dressed Up in Flowers

I just fell in love with the Dress Up Framelits dies in the Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog.  When you get your hands on these it will take you down memory lane to the days when you played with paper dolls.  If you didn't play with paper dolls, you missed out.  Do they even make paper dolls anymore?

This is also a great way to use up little scraps of DSP and other card stock.  The ovals cut from the oval framelits make a great background, and notice the faux stitching around the white oval.  That was easy with the template in the Occasions Paper Piercing Pack.  The flowers were made from 3  1-1/4" scallop circles scrunched and glued together with some Tombo multi-purpose glue.  A Large Rhinestone sits in the center.  I like using glue dots to adhere paper flowers so they won't fall off.

Stamps:  Friendly Phrases (126149[W]; 126151[C])

Paper:  Baja Breeze, Rich Razzleberry, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White, Basic Gray, Floral District DSP (126919)
Accessories:  Large Rhinestones (129324), Basic Rhinestones (119246), Tangerine Tango 1/4" ribbon (Sale-a-bration)
Tools:  Dress Up Framelits (130101), Oval Framelits (129381), Occasions Paper-Piercing Pack (129387), Paper Piercing Tool (126189), Stampin' Pierce Mat (126199), 1-1/4 Scallop Circle Punch (127811), Itty Bitty Shapes Punches (118309), Large Oval Punch (119855), Scallop Oval Punch (119856), and of course the star - The Big Shot! Whew, I think that's everything.  There are quite a few tools used for this one.

Here is another card I made with the Dress Up Framelits.  I cased this card from another demonstrator, but don't have the link.  I just love this card for a wedding.  I made this for Mary!  Congratulations!

The colors I used are Primrose Petals, Basic Black and Very Vanilla.  To get the two shades of Primrose Petals, I simply stamped off.  The stamp set is Secret Garden (129141[W]; 129144]C]), and the sentiment is from Petite Pairs (122495[W]; 122497[C])
