Goofy Stuff Birthday - PP#89

It's April!  And this weeks challenge at The Paper Players has a theme of "Tickle your funny bone" in keeping with Humor Month.

Here is my whimsical take on the theme:

These little monkeys look like they are ready for mischief as they celebrate someone's birthday.  I cut out the monkeys and balloons by hand, but the branch is from the Bird Builder Punch, and the clouds are the cupcake top from the Cupcake Builder Punch.

I love how this fun card turned out.  I never would have made this card if I hadn't had the "tickle your funny bone" theme in mind as I looked through my stamps.  Thank you Paper Players for hosting such a fun theme this week!

Fox & Friends Hello Baby

I actually made this cute baby whale card with a color challenge in mind - the colors being Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze and Very Vanilla.  BUT... life got too busy and I didn't get it uploaded in time.  Oh well.  

The waves were made with the Tasteful Trim XL Die, using the "left over" piece for the scallop.
